Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence. You will be working with Technology and Business stakeholders, particularly in Consumer Banking digital channels.
At Least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT Project Management, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry. Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum/ Agile values and principles Good knowledge in end-to-end business process in Consumer/ Corporate Banking's Channels Experience in delivering projects related to Assisted Channels platforms, Branch Banking Systems, CRM, or Customer Service Channels is preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams. Strong team player in the wider Agile community Effective listener with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, and external partners. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Strong servant leadership mindset with excellent relationship-building and team collaboration skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and influence decision-making at all levels, including senior management. Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
