You will manage full project lifecycles, drive business analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders across Equities, Sales & Trading, and operations to deliver value. The role emphasizes AI/GenAI, automation and data analytics to improve processes and efficiency, with governance and regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience in financial services or consulting.
• Strong experience delivering technology projects within financial services, especially in Sales & Trading or Equities.
• Good understanding of technology delivery, data flows, system integration and SDLC/PLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, automation or data analytics in an enterprise environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects across Asia supporting Sales & Trading/Equities businesses.
• Lead business analysis, feasibility assessments and project delivery from initiation to implementation.
• Partner with business, technology and product teams to manage a portfolio of technology initiatives.
• Deliver business expansion, regulatory change and product-related technology projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Control functions on front-to-back delivery and testing.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, automation and data analytics to improve processes and decision-making.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
• Support prioritisation and pipeline management across multiple technology initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, technology risk, regulatory and AI-related controls.
