Job summary

CFGI is expanding its Data & AI practice in Asia‑Pacific and seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead client delivery from contract to production handover. You will steer data-engineering, AI-engineering, and strategy engagements, coordinating across CFGI engineers and partner teams in multiple time zones.

This is a hands‑on technical role requiring expertise to challenge estimates, read architectures, and govern AI initiatives with time‑boxed experiments and clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 3 years leading client-facing data, analytics, AI or software projects.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise each engagement: convert proposal into release plan, backlog, milestones and governance.
• Run agile delivery: facilitate Scrum events and manage flow with Kanban.
• Lead the delivery team: align capacity, remove blockers and coach engineers.
• Own the client relationship day to day: chair steering committees and manage expectations.
• Control scope, budget and commercials: track effort, forecast costs and manage backlog within scope.
• Manage risks, dependencies and quality: maintain RACI and risk log.
