JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a 6-month agency contract in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering technology and banking projects, with emphasis on governance, budgets, risks, and cybersecurity coordination.

You will engage stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity to ensure on-time delivery within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of Project/Program Management in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering technology, digital transformation, or regulatory projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and governance skills.
• Experience in budgeting, risk management, reporting and vendor management.
• Experience with regulatory, compliance, or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and controls.
• Exposure to IAM, PAM, SOC, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management is a plus.
• Familiarity with security platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and banking projects.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, resources and success criteria.
• Governance, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees and status reviews.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cybersecurity workstreams and remediation with security SMEs.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and resource utilization.
