Job summary

Shell IT in Singapore is seeking a qualified IT Project Coordinator to support UAT, track defects with vendors, and assist in operational process mapping.

You will maintain RAID logs, status reports, action items, and minutes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Candidates with Workday Financial Management implementation experience and familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methods are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, manage defect logging with vendors, assist in operational process mapping, and help facilitate change initiatives for end users.
• Maintain up-to-date project records including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, status reports, action items, and meeting minutes.
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must have experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or system rollout support.
• Prior experience with Workday Financial Management implementation (e.g., Core Financials, General Ledger, AP/AR, Procurement, Expenses, or Financial Reporting) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, Agile/Waterfall project methodologies, and tools like ServiceNow or Google Sheets.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.
