Job summary

CONSUMER CLOUD TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex software projects from initiation to closure.

You will define scope, timelines, and resources, and coordinate with clients, analysts, developers, QA, and vendors. The role requires strong SDLC knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods, plus hands-on use of Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and other PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering software development, application implementations, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Experience in budget tracking, resource planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects from initiation to closure.

• Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and profitability where applicable.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, steering committees, and reviews.
• Ensure timely communication of status, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Facilitate requirement clarification and manage scope changes via change control.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies and organizational processes.
• Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery as required.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and handover activities.
• Mentor junior coordinators or associate PMs when required.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, business analysts, developers, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and status reports.

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project profitability where applicable.

• Mentor junior project coordinators or associate project managers when required.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing software development, application implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing cloud, enterprise application, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD environments.
• Experience working with geographically distributed or offshore teams.
• Knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance practices.
