Job summary

Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) invites an experienced IT professional to design, develop, implement and maintain information systems that align with the university’s short- and long-term needs.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Information Systems and lead projects through requirements gathering, development, testing and deployment, coordinating with users and vendors to deliver high-quality IS solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing IT projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software services, cloud-based applications, and educational environments.
• Experience in software development with .NET, DB triggers, and scripting.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs using REST.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration (Azure AI/OpenAI).
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and vendors to conduct feasibility studies and manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Prepare ITQ/Tender specifications, conduct evaluations, and assist with award papers to ensure quality and policy conformance.
• Maintain project libraries, documentation and licenses for IS applications.
