Job summary

SUTD in Singapore invites an experienced IS project specialist on a contract basis to lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of information systems aligned with the university’s needs.

You will manage project lifecycles, conduct feasibility studies with users and vendors, prepare ITQ/tender documentation, and oversee documentation and licenses for IS applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in IS/IT projects.
• Experience managing end-to-end software projects and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Work with users and vendors on feasibility studies and lifecycle management of projects.
• Prepare ITQ/Tender specs, conduct evaluations, and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Maintain project libraries, documentation and licenses for IS applications.
