Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead full project lifecycles in digital health, ensuring alignment of scope, timeline and budget with business goals.

You will engage stakeholders across internal teams, vendors and steering committees, perform fit-gap analyses, and govern risks, changes, and vendor SLAs.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; PMP / CITPM / CSM certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management, digital services, or healthcare-related roles.
ITIL and project management certification/experience is an advantage.

Managed full IT project lifecycle delivery, aligning to scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives.
Engaged and coordinated stakeholders across internal teams, vendors, and steering committees to drive project execution and alignment.
Conducted solution assessment and fit-gap analysis to ensure systems and vendors met business and technical requirements.
Oversaw project governance, including risk and issue management, change control, reporting, vendor SLA compliance, and IT policies.
