sift analytics group pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of government-oriented data warehouse/BI analytics projects.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and ensure quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, PMP/ITIL/CITPM or equivalent is a plus, and strong communication skills with a proven delivery track record.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Experience handling Government Projects, preferably Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence/Analytics projects.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CITPM, ITIL or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Good people management and communications skills.
  • Track records of managing successful delivery and implementation of IT projects.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and delivery of existing and new projects.
  • Ensure project tasks are monitored, tracked and completed on time, liaising with the customer on potential timeline and deliverable changes.
  • Manage internal team members and external partners when required as part of a project team and work process.
  • Undertake and be responsible for the commercial P&L of the projects.
  • Manage the project scope definition and change control mechanism; negotiate with customers on change requests, effort, schedules and prioritise changes based on business needs.
  • Manage project activities to ensure timely delivery, including identification of critical path and risk, and adjustment of schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Review and prepare project documentation to ensure it meets customer requirements and conforms to quality management processes and standards.
  • Manage incidents and ensure issues are resolved promptly according to SLAs.
  • Define project resources, performance reviews, and post-implementation evaluations to follow up and close outstanding audit findings.

  • Manage project activities to ensure timely delivery, including identification of critical path and risk, monitoring and driving completion of interdependent activities and adjustment to project schedules to achieve overall completion deadline
  • Review and prepare project documentation to ensure that it meets customer’s requirement and conforms to the quality management process (i.e. project management plan, maintenance plan, monthly progress report, technical specification etc), standards and procedures.
  • Manage incidents and ensure issues are resolve promptly according to Service Level Agreement.
  • Define project resources, performance reviews, and post-implementation evaluations to follow-up and close outstanding audit findings.
Requirements
