The role requires 5+ years in procurement with IT systems experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience, IT procurement preferred.
• 4–5 years hands-on IT systems development/maintenance experience.
• Strong SAP expertise including Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Order workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End procurement including sourcing, negotiations, and vendor performance.
• Manage SAP-based orders, contracts, and workflows.
• Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
• Oversee supplier governance and address performance issues.
• Advise cross-functional teams on procurement policies and market trends.
• Analyze purchasing trends to identify efficiencies and cost reductions.
