Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years or more of working experience in procurement or related functions.
• Experience in IT procurement is required.
• Strong people management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• SLM (Service Level Management) knowledge and relevant implementation experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory and support on procurement matters to assigned business units and stakeholders.
• Analyze, strategize, plan and implement sourcing strategies for IT-related products and services.
• Drive consolidation and rationalisation of procurement demand across functions to achieve better value and vendor management.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFP, RFQ, and contract renewal processes.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Prepare procurement approval papers/documents for governance and approvals.
• Monitor contract renewals and ensure timely renewal activities to support continuity of services.
• Coach and train team members and ensure compliance with procurement policy and guidelines.
