Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support IT procurement, vendor coordination, contract administration, software renewals, and related activities.

The role collaborates with Legal and internal teams to ensure licences and renewals are managed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in a related field with experience in IT procurement, vendor management, and software licensing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, HR or related field.
• Experience in IT procurement, procurement operations, vendor management, contract administration, or software licensing.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Act as liaison between Legal, internal stakeholders and external vendors for contract discussions and issue resolution.
• Support IT procurement activities, including vendor coordination, software purchases, and renewal tracking.
• Monitor and manage software licence renewals to keep licences valid.
• Maintain records of contracts, software subscriptions, licences, and vendor documentation.
• Provide regular status reports on contract and software renewal activities.
