Job summary

CPG Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive to support day-to-day IT procurement, asset management, and software license administration. The role focuses on operational coordination, record-keeping and ensuring compliance with approved processes to sustain service continuity.

You will maintain asset registers, coordinate renewals, and generate reports for governance, risk and audit readiness, collaborating with IT, procurement and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT procurement coordination, asset management, or contract administration.
• Knowledge of end-user computing, IT hardware and software licensing.
• Experience with ERP or procurement platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine purchases of IT hardware, software and services.
• Maintain a complete, auditable register of IT assets and software licenses.
• Provide renewal alerts and support vendor performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly procurement and asset reports for audit and governance.
