Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a PMO Analyst / Junior Project Coordinator for IT projects located at Changi.

This role requires Mandarin proficiency for stakeholder communication and involves coordinating project activities, tracking schedules, and preparing status reports. Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in PMO or IT project coordination, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and exposure to Power BI or Power Automate will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, IT or related area would be advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and general reporting skills.
• Exposure to Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO team in the coordination and administration of IT projects.
• Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables and action items.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Support budget and expense tracking, including purchase orders, invoices and payment-related documentation.
• Assist with resource tracking, onboarding and project staffing coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders on project activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Support project governance and reporting activities.
• Perform general project and team administrative duties as required.
