Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to support IT projects within a banking environment at the Changi site.

You will assist with project coordination, governance, budgeting, and administrative duties to ensure timely, compliant project delivery. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of PMO experience, exposure to IT/banking projects, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role offers a 12-month renewable contract and the chance to work with seasoned project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of PMO, project coordination, administration, or support experience.
• Exposure to IT, banking, or digital transformation projects preferred.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience preparing reports, minutes, dashboards and documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day activities.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and materials.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and actions.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing and payment coordination.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and utilization tracking.
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders regionally.
• Maintain PMO governance-compliant project documentation.
• Provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.
