Job summary

Seatrium Ltd. is seeking an experienced OT security professional to design, implement, and manage security solutions for industrial environments in Singapore.

You will conduct risk assessments, define service offerings, and advise clients on best practices to improve security posture. You will collaborate with pre-sales and IT teams, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure system reliability across Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or IEC 62443 are advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of OT security or network security experience in manufacturing/energy/utilities.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages OT security solutions aligned with NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27.
• Conducts security assessments and audits of OT environments and recommends remediation.
• Develops OT Security as a Service offerings including packages, pricing, and delivery models.
• Engages customers with expert technical consultation on OT security best practices.
• Supports pre-sales activities with presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Maintains comprehensive security documentation and SOPs.
• Manages Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and endpoints.
• Administers network infrastructure and performs segmentation, firewall management.
• Supports hybrid cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) across on‑prem, cloud, edge.
• Monitors systems, troubleshoots issues, ensures high availability and SLA-based resolution.
• Handles incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborates with IT and other departments on projects.
