PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive IT Operations & Asset Specialist to support daily IT operations, end-user support, and asset lifecycle management. The role requires coordinating procurement activities and maintaining accurate asset records across departments.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent organization and stakeholder collaboration to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, business admin, office admin, or related field.
Experience in IT operations, desktop support, procurement, assets, or related functions (2–5 years).
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

Support daily IT operations and end-user technical support.
Manage lifecycle of office assets, including procurement and disposal.
Coordinate asset tracking, inventories, and audits.
Collaborate with vendors for IT services and procurement.
