Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/IS/Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Office Administration, Procurement, Asset Management, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with ERP, procurement or asset management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain laptops/desktops, OS, and office software.
• Support IT infrastructure facilities such as server room operations, cabling, UPS, access control/CCTV, and AC.
• Leverage AI tools to improve helpdesk efficiency, knowledge base maintenance, data organization, and report generation.
• Manage full lifecycle of administrative assets: procurement, registration, allocation, transfer, maintenance, inventory, disposal.
• Maintain accurate records of office equipment, furniture, devices, meeting room gear, and other fixed assets.
• Conduct regular asset inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate asset tracking across departments.
• Ensure compliance with asset management policies and internal controls.
• Prepare asset reports and documentation for audits and management review.
