ST Engineering is seeking an IT Asset & Inventory Specialist to join our Benoi-based team in Singapore. You will manage IT assets, oversee deliveries, labeling, and inventory records, and coordinate procurement with vendors while supporting end-user devices and meeting rooms.

You will respond to tickets, ensure SLA compliance, and stay updated on IT and AI trends. A proactive, detail-oriented team player with continuous learning mindset will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Experience with AI platforms/tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in Office365 and Windows OS.
• Experience with a ticket management system.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tickets and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare PCs for new hires and support printers/copiers and meeting rooms.
• Oversee IT equipment delivery, inspection, labeling, and inventory records.
• Asset tagging and classification; proper documentation.
• Maintain IT stores and procurement of equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage IT projects as needed.
