Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a IT Operations Support specialist to assist across Active Directory, AWS administration coordination, endpoint device management, and network equipment maintenance.

The role covers AD user provisioning, AWS patch coordination, Mac/iOS/Android device management, and office network device troubleshooting, with a focus on reliable operations and clear documentation. This position requires strong cross-team communication and timely updates to incident reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Knowledge of AWS operational and infrastructure services.
• Basic knowledge of office network equipment such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Experience managing MacOS, iOS, and Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Overview

To provide operational support for Active Directory, AWS administration coordination, endpoint device management, and office network equipment maintenance support across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

1. Active Directory (AD) Operations
   • Perform user account creation, modification, disablement and deletion.
   • Manage security groups, user access requests and permission changes.
   • Investigate and resolve AD-related incidents and service requests.
   • Support AD environment, domain and forest onboarding activities.
   • Coordinate AD changes with infrastructure and security teams.
   • Maintain AD procedures and operational documentation.
2. AWS Operations Support
   • Coordinate patch management activities for AWS-hosted systems.
   • Track patch deployment schedules and maintenance windows.
   • Handle AWS-related operational enquiries and service requests.
   • Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure teams and vendors for timely patch execution.
   • Support incident escalation and maintain operational records and reports.
3. Device & Endpoint Support
   • Support configuration and deployment of Mac devices and corporate iPhone/Android devices.
   • Assist with MDM/endpoint management, policy deployment and application installation.
   • Troubleshoot device configuration and user issues.
   • Support device provisioning, replacement and decommissioning.
4. Office Network Equipment Support
   • Support maintenance of routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls and related network equipment.
   • Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors, carriers and internal teams for maintenance and incident resolution.
   • Coordinate hardware replacement, firmware updates and planned maintenance activities.
   • Track maintenance schedules, support contracts and warranties.
   • Maintain equipment inventory, configuration documentation and network diagrams.
   • Support network changes and user communication during planned maintenance.
