The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to oversee daily operations, incident handling, process improvements, and production support across the software lifecycle.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the role.

Oversee incident and problem management for IT applications and services.
Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incident management, escalation and monitoring.
Manage contracts and budget for the assigned IT applications and services.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Operations Manager (Applications) to lead our application management and ensure the seamless operation of critical business systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to oversee daily operations, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Nature of Services:

Management of administration and support of the Authority's IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of Authority's IT applications and services.
Develop guideline, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and systems monitoring.
Manage contracts and budget of the assigned IT applications and services.
Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.
Relevant credentials and qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in perfoming the Role.
