Responsibilities

• Lead administration and support of the Authority's IT applications and services.
• Oversee incident and problem management for IT applications and services.
• Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incident management, escalation and monitoring.
• Manage contracts and budget for the assigned IT applications and services.
• Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.
• Ensure alignment with IT security policies.
