RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Operations Manager (Applications) to oversee administration and support of key IT applications and services, ensuring SLA compliance and IT security policies.

You will lead incident and problem management, develop guidelines and procedures to improve incident response, and manage contracts and budgets for assigned applications and services, while providing support through development, testing, and production stages.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in perfoming the Role.

Responsabilidades

• Management of administration and support of the Authority's IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
• Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of Authority's IT applications and services.
• Develop guideline, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and systems monitoring.
• Manage contracts and budget of the assigned IT applications and services.
• Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.
