Job summary

EPOS, backed by Ant International, is seeking a hands-on IT Operational Support Intern based in Singapore. You will assist in hardware deployment, testing, on-site troubleshooting, and operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery for regional clients.

Qualifications

Interest in IT systems, hardware deployment, or technical operations.
Willingness to handle physical setup tasks and field deployment.
Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Detail-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn.
Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; troubleshooting hardware/software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and test hardware such as POS systems, kiosks, printers, tablets for deployment.
Assist with on-site deployment and installation at client locations.
Troubleshoot hardware and system issues during and after deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather resources for deployment.
Support inventory management and documentation for operations.
Contribute to daily operational workflows supporting business continuity.
