Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations professional to monitor and support network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, routers, switches, and wireless solutions. The role involves incident handling, health checks, and coordination with vendors to maintain service quality.

You will execute standard SD-WAN change requests, document incidents, and ensure security and regulatory compliance across the IT estate. A 1–2 year track record in IT ops is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or technical support.
• Experience supporting SD-WAN environments with ability to perform operational changes and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise wireless platforms (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Support: Proactively monitor and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions. Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for detected issues.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures and escalation protocols. Document incidents and resolutions.
• SD-WAN Change Request management: Execute predefined standard service requests and change requests across SD-WAN platforms such as Cisco Viptela, Velocloud, RansNet, SilverPeak, Fortinet
• Operational Tasks: Perform daily health checks, log reviews, and system performance monitoring. Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate with specialist teams and vendors
• Participate in maintenance activities and operational improvements.
• Communications: Maintain clear communication with internal IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Provide timely updates on incident status and operational activities.
• Compliance and Security: Follow company policies and regulatory standards to ensure secure and compliant IT operations.

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or technical support(LAN/WAN/Cloud/)
• Experience or knowledge supporting SD-WAN environments (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMwareVeloCloud, RansNet, Silver Peak, and Fortinet), with the ability to perform operationalchanges, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations when required
• Experience with enterprise wireless platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki, orequivalent solutions is advantageous
• Supporting and troubleshooting enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN), including access points, wireless controllers, and cloud-managed wireless solutions
