Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations professional to monitor and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions. You will provide first-line troubleshooting and incident logging.

The role includes incident management, SD-WAN change execution, daily health checks, and vendor coordination to meet service levels and security standards. 1–2 years of relevant experience required, with SD-WAN and WLAN familiarity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Support: Proactively monitor and support network infrastructure including routers, switches,firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions. Provide first-level support and troubleshootingfor detected issues.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, adhering to established proceduresand escalation protocols. Accurately document incidents and resolutions within the incidentmanagement system
• SD-WAN Change Request management: Execute predefined standard service requests and change requests across various SD-WANplatforms such as Cisco Viptela, Velocloud, RansNet, SilverPeak, and Fortinet
• Operational Tasks: Perform daily health checks, log reviews, and system performance monitoring. Ensure allscheduled tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate with specialist teams and vendors
• Participate in maintenance activities and operational improvements.
• Communications: Maintain clear communication with internal IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Providetimely updates on incident status and operational activities.
• Compliance and Security: Follow company policies and regulatory standards to ensure secure and compliant IToperations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or technical support(LAN/WAN/Cloud/)
• Experience or knowledge supporting SD-WAN environments (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMwareVeloCloud, RansNet, Silver Peak, and Fortinet), with the ability to perform operationalchanges, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations when required
• Experience with enterprise wireless platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki, orequivalent solutions is advantageous
• Supporting and troubleshooting enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN), including access points, wireless controllers, and cloud-managed wireless solutions
