Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Manager to lead the OSS team and oversee global IT infrastructure activities within a semiconductor manufacturing setting in Singapore. You will coordinate deployments, lifecycle management, system support, and maintenance for critical IT infrastructure components.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Linux (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN environments.
• Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce or manufacturing IT systems.
• Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills.
• A proactive team player with leadership capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.

• Supervise, guide, and develop team members through training, mentorship, and performance reviews.
