Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will provide plant-level IT support, help with MOM/MES operations and work with regional teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote L1/L2 support for plant IT systems, including MOM/MES applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating to regional or global teams when needed
• Support integration between plant systems (MES/MOM, ERP) and shop-floor/OT environments
• Take part in change management: testing, deployment support and release documentation
• Support plant rollouts, upgrades and migrations of IT and MES/MOM components
• Maintain IT asset inventories, user access records and technical documentation
• Support plant users with training, onboarding and day-to-day IT queries
• Prepare operational and incident reports for plant and regional stakeholders
• Follow IT/OT cybersecurity and site safety procedures
• Travel between sites in the region (e.g., by car) when required

Must-Have Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience as an IT resource in a manufacturing facility

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to MOM/MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, AVEVA, Apriso)
• Understanding of ISA-95 and OT/IT architecture
• SQL, APIs/web services and scripting
• Basic PLC/SCADA awareness
• IIoT, cloud and Industry 4.0 awareness; IEC 62443 cybersecurity knowledge
• Food, agri or process manufacturing experience
• ITIL or equivalent service management knowledge

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
• Relevant IT or service management certifications are a plus [TBD]
