Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior IT Executive to manage and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and digitalisation efforts in Singapore. You will ensure secure, reliable IT operations and support business users across the organisation.

You will oversee SAP Business One, M365, servers, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, and corporate IT policies, while driving process improvements and AI-enabled reporting using Power BI. Collaboration with HQ and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in an MNC or regional environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One or similar ERP system.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, network administration, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Business One and other business applications, including user access, troubleshooting, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and master data maintenance.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including Microsoft 365, servers, networks, cloud solutions, end-user devices, and IT asset management.
• Maintain cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and ensure compliance with PDPA and corporate IT policies.
• Support digitalisation initiatives, process improvements, automation, AI adoption, and business reporting using Power BI or similar tools.
• Coordinate IT projects with business users, HQ, and external vendors, ensuring timely implementation and effective vendor management.
• Provide IT helpdesk support, user onboarding, system training, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Assist in IT budgeting, software licensing, procurement, and any other IT-related duties assigned.

About the Role
