Job summary

Cheil is seeking an IT Manager to oversee hardware/software maintenance, troubleshooting, and future resource planning. You will lead IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and security to align with business objectives across SEA/HQ regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in IT, with strong English skills; Korean language is a plus. You’ll drive end-user support and ensure timely, secure technology operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with relevant IT experience.
Proficient troubleshooting, networks, and administration for Mac OS and Windows OS.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and supervisory skills.
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and spoken English; Korean is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, implementation and management of IT infrastructure and end user support.
Manage networks, servers, desktops, email system, IT security, and assets.
Ensure technology is accessible with up-to-date hardware and software.
Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as required.
