Job summary

Cheil Singapore is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure planning, maintenance and end-user support. The role reports to the SEA Regional HQ CFO and involves guiding technology resources to meet business objectives.

You will oversee networks, servers, desktops, email, IT security, IT policy and asset management, ensuring up-to-date hardware and software and reliable access for users. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, networks, and OS installations (Mac OS & Windows).
• Strong teamwork, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are inviting candidates for the position of:

IT Manager

The IT Manager reports to the SEA Regional HQ CFO and manages and provides hardware & software maintenance, troubleshooting, consultation and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing leadership in the planning, implementation and management of IT infrastructure and end user support in alignment with the Company’s business objectives
• Management of all networks, servers, client desktops, email system, IT security, IT Policy, IP telephony and IT assets
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with the latest hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 3 solid years of relevant experience in the IT field
• Proficient knowledge on troubleshooting, networks, network administration and network installation for Mac OS and Windows OS (Apple & Microsoft system license preferred)
• An excellent team player with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, organizing skills and supervisory skills
• Strong sense of responsibility with high urgency
• Demonstrates excellent time management with ability to multi-task and ensure tasks and/or assignments are completed within the given timeline
• Good written and spoken English is a must; additional language such as Korean will be an added advantage
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
