Job summary

Cheil Singapore is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure planning, maintenance and end-user support. The role reports to the SEA Regional HQ CFO and involves guiding technology resources to meet business objectives.

You will oversee networks, servers, desktops, email, IT security, IT policy and asset management, ensuring up-to-date hardware and software and reliable access for users. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, networks, and OS installations (Mac OS & Windows).
• Strong teamwork, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning, implementing and managing IT infrastructure.
• Manage networks, servers, desktops, email, IT security and IT assets.
• Ensure technology is up-to-date with latest hardware and software.
• Monitor systems to maximize uptime and accessibility.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
