Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own and oversee the organization's IT operations and technology landscape. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic planning with day-to-day technical support in a standalone environment.

The role leads IT functions across devices, networks, AV systems, and security, ensuring reliable connectivity and availability while managing onboarding, asset inventory, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Technology Management roles.
• Standalone/lead IT professional with end-to-end ownership of IT functions.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS and Android environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT across the organization.
• Configure, deploy, support, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Provide hands-on Level 1-3 technical support and resolve user issues efficiently.
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access management.
• Manage and maintain office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and structured cabling.
• Ensure reliable connectivity, network performance, and workplace technology availability.
• Support and maintain office AV systems, meeting room technology, printers, and other end-user equipment.
• Develop, document, and maintain IT standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Own and maintain the organization's IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and hardware refresh planning.

• Strong hands‑on expertise supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and structured cabling.
