Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations and drive digital transformation, including migrating the ERP system from SAP to Microsoft.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP migration experience, and expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. You will manage budgets, vendors, and a team while aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading ERP migrations, preferably SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise apps.
• Experience in project, vendor, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and IT department leadership.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services and cybersecurity.
• Lead ERP migration from SAP to Microsoft, coordinating with users, vendors and consultants.
• Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Drive digital transformation and recommend tech solutions to improve processes.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors and service providers for cost-effective delivery.
• Develop IT policies, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Mentor and supervise IT team, providing guidance and support to users.

We're Hiring: IT Manager

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for technology, digital transformation, and leadership? We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven IT Manager to support the management of our IT operations and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, including the migration of our ERP system from SAP to Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT Department.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including applications, server hardware, software and operating systems.
• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and business applications.
• Lead and manage the migration of the organization's ERP system from SAP to Microsoft, working closely with business users, vendors, and external consultants to ensure a successful implementation.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post‑implementation support.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity measures, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Mentor and supervise the IT team while providing technical guidance and support to end users.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementation or migration projects, preferably involving SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Any other duties from time to time.
