Job summary

Revamp Hair (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Transformation Executive in Singapore to drive strategic tech initiatives. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation projects, supporting ERP migrations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AI-enabled improvements across ERP, CRM, and BI platforms.

You will work closely with senior management and technology partners to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful adoption of new digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Assist in AI Digital Transformation Programme and ERP migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Gather business requirements and propose practical technology solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators and partners to deliver on time and within scope.
• Manage project schedules, documentation, testing (UAT), deployment and user adoption.
• Support system integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce and AI applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital solutions.
• Support dashboard reporting, data analytics and BI initiatives using Power BI.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Assist in the implementation of the Company's AI Digital Transformation Programme and ERP migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to recommend practical technology solutions.

• Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and project partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Manage project schedules, documentation, testing (UAT), deployment, issue tracking, and user adoption.

• Support system integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce platforms, AI applications, and other business systems.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital solutions.

• Support dashboard reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives using Power BI and other reporting tools.

• Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and change management communications to ensure successful system adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation, business systems, IT project coordination, or technology consulting.

• Experience working with software vendors, implementation partners, or outsourced development teams will be an advantage.

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications is preferred.

• Basic understanding of system integration, APIs, Microsoft 365, Power BI, cloud technologies, or AI-enabled business solutions is an advantage.

• Strong project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
