Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, governance, and digital initiatives, ensuring secure, reliable services across the organization. You will develop policies, manage infrastructure, drive transformation, and oversee budgets and vendors while mentoring the IT team to deliver continuous improvements.

The role requires a diploma in IT or related fields and 5–8 years of IT experience, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, CS, IS or Cybersecurity.
• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infra, cybersecurity, governance, PDPA compliance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, software licenses, and service contracts.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives and risk management.
• Ensure PDPA compliance and data protection across the organization.
• Manage IT service delivery and vendor relationships.
• Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT risk management.
• Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, contract management, and evaluations.
• Provide management reporting, data analytics, and technology insights.
• Lead and develop the IT team and promote service excellence.
