Tay Shop Pte Ltd in Singapore is offering a 6-month IT internship where you will gain hands-on exposure to application operations, system testing, and vendor coordination. You will work with CRM, POS, and scheduling tools in a practical business environment.

You will assist with UAT, document workflows, and support with basic configuration, while developing strong analytical and documentation skills. The role is based at Somerset, with a monthly SGD 1,000 allowance.

Formación

• Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of web applications or business systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the operation and administration of business applications such as CRM, POS, and Scheduling.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and bug fixes.
• Support coordination with external vendors and developers.
• Track enhancement requests, issues, and project progress.
• Document system changes, workflows, and user guides.
• Assist with basic configuration or minor system customization when applicable.
• Support general IT operational tasks when required.

What You’ll Be Exposed To
