Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support specialist to provide end-user application support across Windows and Linux environments, including MS Office, T100, and SQL/Oracle databases. The role includes creating report templates, ERP/T100 customization, and training.

You will travel on-site as required and assist the IT Manager with projects and documentation. Ideal candidates will have OS administration and installation skills, familiarity with virtualization, and basic networking.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting Windows and Linux OS environments.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES and business applications.
• Basic networking and security knowledge helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user application support (e.g. MS Office, Windows, T100, SQL/Oracle).
• Assist in creating report templates and T100 customization; training provided.
• Support on-site users for ERP, M365, VPN, and other applications; basic training when needed.
• Assist IT Manager with project management, IT documentation, and ad hoc tasks.
• Travel to client sites for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in providing applications support to end user (e.g. MS Office, Windows, T100, sql/Oracle database etc)
• Assist in creating report templates, customization in T100, training will be provided, added advantages if already experience in linux OS, SQL/Oracle database and T100 (ERP)
• Primary end user support: Applications to support include but not limited to M365, Crowdstrike, ERP - T100, etc.
• Hardware and software support: Responsible for problem troubleshooting and developing solution pertaining to problem encountered in applications. Provide basic training to users for applications (e.g. T100, Endpoint, VPN, M365, etc).
• Responsible for Purchase Req creation, liaising with vendors and managing vendors.
• Responsible for assisting IT Manager in Project Management, IT documentation, etc.
• Responsible to complete ad hoc tasks as delegated by IT Manager.
• Required to travel to site for on-site support.
