Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to lead the IT team, oversee daily operations, and support major IT projects at our West Singapore office (Toh Guan).

You will manage infrastructure, coordinate with HQ, and implement secure IT environments across networks and systems. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in IT administration, a IT-related degree, and knowledge of cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT administration roles.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT security controls.
• Knowledge of Promax/Virtual Environment and Microsoft Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT team, oversee daily activities, and support major IT project management.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and coordinate with the IT team to maintain an effective IT environment.
• Coordinate and facilitate IT matters with HQ and internal stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT environments.
• Manage risks, ensure timely project delivery, and improve IT processes.
• Support Sales in ensuring tender compliance with network specs and review system designs.
• Assist Project Engineers in configuring system network components (IP cameras, SAN, servers, switches, routers, workstations).
• Collaborate with Service Engineers to resolve network hardware/software issues.
• Manage office network administration, including setup, maintenance, and security of network infrastructure.
• Manage office system administration, including servers, storage, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot IT issues.

• Salary Range: $4,500 - $5,000
• Working Days: 5 days, Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: West (Toh Guan)

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT team, oversee daily activities, and support major IT project management.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and work with the IT team to maintain an effective IT environment.
• Coordinate and facilitate IT matters with HQ and internal stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT environments.
• Manage risks, ensure timely project delivery, and improve processes related to IT responsibilities.
• Support the Sales team in ensuring tender proposals comply with required network specifications and review proposed system network designs and configurations.
• Support Project Engineers in setting up and configuring system network components, including IP cameras, Storage Area Networks (SAN), servers, switches, routers, workstations, and other peripherals.
• Work with Service Engineers to identify and resolve network-related hardware and software issues.
• Manage office network administration, including the setup, maintenance, and security of network infrastructure.
• Manage office system administration, including servers, storage, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot IT issues.

Requirements
