Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the IT PMO, focusing on infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure delivery aligns with IT roadmap goals.

The role requires 8–10 years of infra project experience, regional project leadership, and strong MS Office skills.Singapore-based location preferred, with PMP/PRINCE II advantages.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of infrastructure project experience in a large, cross-functional environment.
• Proven experience developing tactical implementation plans, budgets, and reporting.
• Experience leading regional infrastructure projects; Supply chain plant/DC/M&A project experience preferred.
• Location preferred in Singapore.
• Manages infrastructure project budgets of USD 500k+ with medium/high complexity.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Lead project teams to deliver on-time, within scope and budget.
• Document and communicate project scope, schedule, budget and benefits to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage stakeholders with regular updates and follow-up.
• Develop, track and manage financials; close projects per PMO standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT and business partners.
