Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager (Infrastructure) to lead IT infrastructure projects in a large enterprise, coordinating planning, scheduling and governance across sites.

You will manage budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations while driving on-time, within-scope delivery with regional teams and external providers. PMP/PRINCE2 is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT, CS, Engineering or PM or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
• Experience managing medium to high complexity infra projects across multiple stakeholders/sites.
• Regional project experience with local, regional and global teams.
• PMO or governance experience is advantageous.
• PM certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects across sites.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Track scope, dependencies, risks, issues and financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with IT, business, vendors and service providers.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions and provide status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, constraints and issues.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and project closure.
• Gather requirements and support business use cases.
• Maintain stakeholder communications across local, regional and global teams.
• Ensure delivery adheres to governance, quality and compliance standards.
