Job summary
CJ Logistics Asia PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide daily infrastructure and operations support, manage the helpdesk, and configure workstation devices.
The role includes deployment of regional projects and ensuring 24/7 standby support to meet SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in IT/Computing and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Windows systems and networking hardware.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant IT support experience.
- Proficient in Windows Server, SQL, IIS, FTP, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to adapt to different customers and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT infrastructure and operations support to users.
- Manage the helpdesk and online support requests to deliver effective technical support.
- Setup and manage IT infrastructure equipment including NOS, network and firewall gear.
- Support seamless operation of infrastructure services across locations.
- Assist with hardware, desktop applications, software, network and security applications support.
- Configure IT workstation hardware (desktops/ PCs, laptops, routers, mobile devices).
- Train end users on IT usage, security, systems, applications and devices.
- Deploy projects locally and regionally as needed.
- Meet required support SLAs and maintain 24/7 standby readiness.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties related to the role.
