Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to deploy and maintain cloud infra on AWS or Azure, automate provisioning with Terraform, and support CI/CD pipelines. You will manage Linux/Windows servers, implement IAM and network security, and ensure reliable, scalable operations.

The role requires 1-3 years of relevant cloud infrastructure experience, scripting skills, and knowledge of container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. This position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Has 1-3 years of cloud/IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on Terraform and cloud IaC experience.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure to support business applications.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for automated, consistent cloud provisioning.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers to ensure system stability and performance.
• Implement cloud security controls including IAM, network security, and encryption to protect data and resources.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation.
• Support cloud networking components such as VPCs, subnets, load balancers, and DNS for optimal connectivity.
• Administer network and security applications including firewalls, endpoint protection, and Active Directory

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of cloud networking and security concepts
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Ansible, CloudFormation, or ARM templates for automation
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Experience administering firewalls, endpoint protection, and Active Directory
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and relevant cloud certifications
• Experience working in government or regulated environments
