Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a DevSecOps professional for a Singapore-based government-linked organisation.

You will build, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that underpin the application development lifecycle across Linux and Windows environments. You will collaborate with Product and InfoSec teams to onboard new applications, embed security best practices, own incident response, and drive automation using IaC tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting across Linux/Windows stacks.
• Proficient in CI/CD and source control tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with container orchestration, IaC, security-focused pipelines, and AI-assisted operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, deploy, administer, and improve IT infrastructure and CI/CD platforms across the full application lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product and InfoSec to onboard apps and embed security across infra, pipelines, and codebases.
• Own end-to-end incident response including root cause analysis and process improvements.

About the Role

Our client is a Singapore-based government-linked organisation driving economic development and technology adoption across key industries. This role sits within the DevSecOps team and is responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the IT infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that underpin the organisation's application development lifecycle.

You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and developer experience - making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments and is eager to embrace the next wave of AI-driven infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, deploy, administer, and continuously improve IT infrastructure and CI/CD platforms supporting the full application development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product and InfoSec teams to onboard new applications onto the platform, embedding security best practices across infrastructure, pipelines, and codebases
• Own incident response end-to-end - including recovery, root cause analysis, and process improvements to prevent recurrence
• Manage infrastructure provisioning and hosting environments through Infrastructure as Code , implementing and maintaining automation tooling accordingly
• Drive procurement activities from requirements definition through to vendor award, and oversee implementation projects managed by external partners
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and change management tools governing the CI/CD platform and IT infrastructure
• Champion DevSecOps culture within the team - sharing knowledge, documenting practices, and supporting colleagues in adopting improved ways of working
• Explore and integrate AI-assisted operations (including AIOps and agentic capabilities) to enhance infrastructure and cloud management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting across a broad technology stack, including:OS: Linux (Red Hat / Ubuntu) and WindowsScripting: Bash, PowerShell; Python (is a bonus)CI/CD & Source Control: GitLab, Git, Azure DevOpsContainers & Orchestration: Docker , Kubernetes, EKS, Helm ChartsObservability: Elastic, OpenTelemetry, KibanaSecurity Scanning: SonarQube, GitLab pipeline security policiesIaC: Ansible, TerraformDatabases: Redis, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQLCloud: AWSSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. SFTP, DHCP, VLANs, routing, load balancing) with proven troubleshooting experience
• Experience deploying microservices -based applications using agile methodology, with familiarity in incident, change, inventory, and patch management processes
• Familiarity with AI code assistants, generative AI tooling, or managing AI agents in an operational context (is a bonus)
• Relevant certifications in DevOps, agile development, or any of the listed technologies (is a bonus)
