Job summary

SUPERPOWER X AI (SINGAPORE) TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk / IT Support Executive in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, provide first‑level support, and enforce security policies while maintaining IT infrastructure across the company.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, software licensing, and collaboration tools, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline.
• 2–5 years IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and systems issues.
• Set up computers, user accounts, software, and peripherals.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment allocation.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, shared drives, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Perform data backup, recovery, and basic cybersecurity checks.
• Monitor office network, Wi‑Fi, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
