Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a staff member to support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

The role involves maintaining the IT risk register, monitoring control effectiveness, and preparing risk, compliance, and governance reports. You will coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, auditors, and external service providers to support audit readiness, collect evidence for external audits, and maintain accurate IT asset

Qualifications

• Degree in IT is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with MAS Guidelines and Cyber Security Act is a plus.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the IT risk register, monitor control effectiveness, and prepare risk, compliance, and governance reports.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, auditors, and external service providers to support audit readiness and track remediation activities.
• Prepare supporting materials and evidence for external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and records covering systems, software, hardware, and related technology resources.
• Support vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract renewals, and IT procurement in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and organize IT data for risk dashboards, audit responses, compliance reporting, and secure data-handling initiatives across departments.

You will need: -

• Degree in IT
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Familiarity in the FI industry best practices and familiar with local regulations such as MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Cyber Security Act, etc. is an advantage
