Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore (Raffles Place) seeks an IT governance and risk coordinator to support governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. The role offers a basic monthly salary up to SGD 6,000 plus variable bonus, with work from Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm.

Bachelor’s degree in IT and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required. Familiarity with MAS guidelines on technology risk and outsourcing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT is required.
• Experience in IT governance frameworks and risk management is preferred.
• Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, Outsourcing Guidelines and Cyber Security Act is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the IT risk register, monitor control effectiveness, and prepare risk, compliance, and governance reports.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, auditors, and external service providers to support audit readiness and track remediation activities.
• Prepare supporting materials and evidence for external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and records covering systems, software, hardware, and related technology resources.
• Support vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract renewals, and IT procurement in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and organize IT data for risk dashboards, audit responses, compliance reporting, and secure data-handling initiatives across departments.
