Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT professional to support planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT projects in the West Region of Singapore.

You will liaise with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver system solutions aligned with business goals. You will perform configuration, testing, validation, and UAT, maintain data integrity, generate reports and dashboards, provide first-level support, and develop user guides and

Qualifications

• Degree in IT related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Macros and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Liaise with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver system solutions aligned with operational objectives.
• Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support system enhancements and new implementations.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of system databases to ensure reliable business operations.
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports, and develop dashboards to support operational performance monitoring and management decision-making.
• Provide first-level application support by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT teams and vendors for timely resolution.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct end-user training to ensure effective system adoption and competency.
• Support IT asset management and coordinate technology-related activities within the department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimise the utilisation of business systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
