Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support professional to provide day-to-day help desk support for hardware, software, network, and system issues. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment in a fast-paced office environment.

The role involves basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), administering Sophos Firewall and Microsoft Active Directory, and managing user accounts and Group Policy.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist with Sophos Firewall and Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and basic Group Policy requirements.
• Set up and deploy computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for quotations, procurement, warranty, repairs, and maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory and basic system documentation.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and elevate complex issues when required

• Monday - Friday, Office Hours
• Working Location: near Commonwealth MRT
• 1 Year contract, subject to renewal and conversion
• Basic up to $6,000
